Subtitles Ripping

Hello there.

I have many DVD rips on my hard disk —VIDEO_TS folders. I'm looking for an app to rip the subtitles. Neither Handbrake, nor iFFmpeg or MPEG Streamclip seem to do the job. I've tried also Mac DVDRipper Pro, MacX DVD Ripper and RipIt. Nothing. Any suggestions?
