I am thinking of buying this: http://www.usedcalgary.com/classified-ad/2971195&category=stereo-speakers

Currently I have a Yamaha HTR-5920 so this doesn't cut it for subwoofers it drives a little 100watt one right now. It has a line out on it but I am trying to find a amp for a decent price. I am ok with used, but it needs enough power to drive this thing. I also don't want something that is a beast as this is a home system...Size is ok just not huge. :p Any recommendations?

Meh... that's a car stereo enclosure, the chances of it being anywhere near linear are virtually nil.

I would look for a proper powered sub that you can plug into a line out.
This is the one that my neighbor is using on his home theatre system, and it tested out amazingly accurate.

Check with musical instrument dealers, this is studio equipment.

What price range? Once you go SVS, you never go back. If you can't afford one, DO NOT listen to one, because everything else (except those priced over $2k) will sound like crap. I'd recommend their new small sub, but it is $600 I believe.
