I took my pristine base Ti 550mhz 256MB 20GB no Airport and combined with my beat up & broken maxed Ti 667. I have a nice 667MHZ 1GB 80GB SD Airport machine. There's nothing like stripping a machine down, putting it back and having it boot!

Been there. Hearing that chime and waiting for the LCD to light is very gratifying.

Seems like it took a long time to light!

One thing i did notice was how clean the 550 was, the internals looked brand new, no dust on the fan at all. Maybe it actually has 42 cycles on the original battery.
