Is there such a thing as a USB-C to Multiple USB-C Dock? I see lots of USB-C to USB Type A, 3.0, etc., but nothing that just expands the number of available USB-C ports (to like 4-ports for USB-C dongles, thumb drives, etc.). Is this not possible?

I found one that for one USB-C connection gave two USB3 and two USB-C ports. It worked, but caused issues with Bluetooth* on my Mac Mini. Thus I stopped using it. I still have in a closet somewhere, so I can look for the make and model if you'd like.

I recall seeing a pre-announcement of a Thunderbolt 4 doc that had four Thunderbolt ports. But I was not able to relocate it with a quick search.

Good luck and it you find one please let us know.

* I believe this was the culprit in my Bluetooth issues, as when I removed it the issues went away. However, I also removed three old Firewire drives at the same time, so I am not positive this dock was the issue. Other than that I was not able to find such a dock.

I've been waiting for one of these!!!!! I now have a ton of USB-C devices...but not USB-C hub. I am perplexed by why none are on the market. There are probably tens of thousands of different hubs, and yet no one makes a pure USB-C hub even though more and more devices are USB-C and eventually it will become a dominant or even the dominant port we use!!!

My understanding is that manufacturers are barred from making a usb-c to multiple usb-c hub due to licensing specs and accreditation or some such. Really annoys me.

This was something that always bugged me about usb-c. I think it was an issue with the spec not supporting hubs because of all of the different alternate modes of type c. I read a while back that one feature of usb 4 is the return of hubs.
