Sudden change of font in both Firefox and Safari?

My font has suddenly changed to this:

I don't know how to change it back, or how it even got changed. I hope someone does though

It's probably a virus


Joking, try "Resolving Duplicates" in Font Book, in the Edit Menu.

Restart.
