Sudden problems with iPhone app downloads

So for the past 24 hours or so, I've not been able to download apps, either new or updates, onto my iPhone. My iPad works as well as my other computers in the house, but not the iPhone. The App Store isn't asking for my password, and new apps or updates just start and then suddenly stop at the "waiting" part. I've done pretty much anything and everything short of a restore but I still can't get downloads to work.

Anyone else seen this or know how to fix?
 
I'm sure you've already checked, but are you running out of free space on your phone?
 
I started a thread on this topic 2 days ago. I'm having the same issue.

I can download apps fine over wifi but not over the air.

No, I had plenty of free space...

Whatever happened started affecting other apps. I had to do a restore and set up as a new iPhone. I just could NOT download apps or updates or anything. I have no clue as to what happened.

Same problem here. Been going in for a couple days now. In going to do a restore in the morning to see if that fixes the issue. I just hate having to reorganize all my apps. Weird it's a multi user issue. Wonder what's going on.

I had to do a restore and set up as a new iPhone. I have no idea what's going on, but after 24 hours of no ability to download apps or update apps, I did a restore. I hate doing it.

I'm going to do the same thing. Moved to a new computer so may as well. Things never seem to work right until I do.
 
I still have an iPhone 3GS and am having the same problems with apps holding in a waiting status when trying to download. I have reset my settings and still the problem persists. Any help??
 
Go into the iTunes app and delete the podcasts waiting to download, this should fix the problem. For some reason if podcasts won't download, it holds up the apps as well.
 
No podcasts

Thanks, but I don't have any podcasts and none trying to download either.
Any other suggestions.
Much appreciated.
