The first UB Macbook I've ordered has been doing unusually fine. My second arrived with a minor dent but given my Crapplecare experience I figured I'd leave well alone since it seems to be working fine.

However I've just noticed something with the first MB. I've noticed it twice so far, once when I was looking obliquely at something else.

It was a black diagonal right-leaning 'tear' that run across the screen very quickly. The common factor: At both times I was holding the screen and preparing to move it a little and have been using the Microsoft Remote Desktop client. I've tried holding/moving the screen again but I can't reproduce it.

Any idea what it could be? Is it an app issue or a machine issue? I've never seen that effect in RDP so far on any other machine so I'm not suspecting the app, but anything's possible.
