Suddenly appearing...

Not sure if this is the area to request info/help on this but just recently lots of the install icons (wrong term?) appear on my home screen. I eject them and then a few hours later they return. Picassa, Java, etc. appear multiple times, don't know what I done to cause this.

Good catch. I figured he meant iOS but you're probably right this is a Mac OSX question.

Picassa and Java references also seem to be more in line with OS X than iOS. As to what might be causing it in OS X, that's a bit more of a mystery, although there are more avenues and possibilities of something like that happening there than on an iOS device.
