Sugar Sync partially grayling out photos

Hi all,

Anyone ever have an issue with Sugar Sync graying out part of a photo or a photo appearing all black? For example, I can see the small icon of my photos in a folder but when I touch to enlarge, many of them are either half grayed out or totally black. Any suggestions?
