I need to buy a charger for my iPhone 3GS. I recently ordered one from eBay, 2$ one and it made the phone act weird. With phone charging with this cheap charger whenever I pressed anything on the phone, it registered something else. I crossed check with my iPhone 4S and that too acted weird.
So I have just thrown the charger. The replacement charger I got from same seller also had same issue.
What options do I have for some alternate charger ? I am ok with used ones too.
The original from apple is expensive at 29$ for the charger and cable.
I checked on mono price cube charger which is rated as 1A but it has 2 USB ports and each is 500mA even when only one is used. I guess the iPhone needs 1A. That charger might work but it may take more time to charge.
