Suggest Mac apps for me!

Hey guys so I'm finally getting a MacBook pro 13" tomorrow. I use FCPX at school and had a crappy hackintosh for a while so I know my way around. I enjoy coding websites and editing videos. I also like messing around with anything computers which is why I bought the mac update bundle with VMware so I can run Linux and windows in lion. So now that you know a little bit about what I like to do, what apps would you suggest for me? Thanks!
