Guys can you suggest a media player for my music collection which is neatly organized on my disk over last few decades. I don't like the media files randomly playing using inbuilt music app, it can play full albums well but I have many folders with random songs they don't belong to same album & I want a player which can show me those folders within media player & simply play the content of that folder.

I have a relatively basic app named "Vox" which I just tried, and does this...

Tiny Player https://www.catnapgames.com/tiny-player-for-mac/

Dopamine (cross platform) https://github.com/digimezzo/dopamine/

Pine Player https://apps.apple.com/en-us/app/pine-player/id1112075769?mt=12

Colibri https://apps.apple.com/en-us/app/colibri/id1178295426?mt=12

IINA https://www.iina.io/

IINA might not be obvious as it's a video media player - except it can play from a folder containing music just fine - has a Music Mode that's available from the menu bar. VLC is the same.. a video player but plays MP3 / M4A too.
None of the above media players I've shared can play purchased M4P files ... "Music" app in macOS is sadly the only one capable of that. That I know of. Also iTunes of course.

Plexamp
It's now a free program.
Why needlessly complicate things?
"Do I need a Plex media server to use Plexamp?
Yes, and no. Tidal subscribers may use the app without setting up a media server. To play your own collection, you’re gonna need one. Luckily, we’ve got helpful step-by-step instructions right here for how to get started setting up your server. Plexamp here you come!"
Type this in a Terminal window: afplay -h
I’m all for using preinstalled binaries from Terminal, but that’s not going to help anyone play music files from folders.
“Play all mp3 files in current directory with afplay”https://gist.github.com/sirmews/488fd2d7d1a3a154c4960cb50090d056
Code:
find . -name '*.mp3' -exec afplay '{}' \;

VLC is a handy app to have in general as it can play just about any media file you can throw at it, but it's default main interface features a file browser that you can browse your music in your existing folder structure.

The only downside I've found are minor UI quirks; it has a light and dark mode that have to be manually switched (it doesn't respect macOS's automatic switching) and the icon still isn't Big Sur-ified, but those are minor quibbles.
