Suggested app for audio conversion

I have that I need an app that can convert my albums ripped in FLAC format to m4a and mp3.

Anybody have any good ones they know of? or use?

I will convert to m4a and mp3 to sync to my ipods in itunes.

For audio (mp3), you might try "All2MP3".
