Did Apple decide to get rid of Suggested Apps feature? I haven't see anything on the locked screen on the bottom anymore?

Nope, still there.
There is just some places where there is jack to do
Like Scotland. The whole of Swindon and the majority of Wales...
...save for the fluffy-bums.
