This is for those customers who are upset they are not eligible for an upgrade early (12 Months) or have a family line and only 1 or 2 lines are eligible. It is a privilege when you sign a 2 year contract to be eligible 1 year into that said contract. I propose if you are upset and you contact AT&T they should say fine we understand your concern, I will tell you what, since you are not happy with your upgrade date being before 2 years I will reset it to the 2 year expiration. You are not not eligible on any lines and can upgrade June 2011. Thanks you good bye!
That will humble people into not expecting something that is a privilege.. Upgrade early is a privilege not a right people!!
