Suggestion for Changes, Bug Fixes, Enhancements Posts

Put the Changes/Bug Fixes/Enhancements first, then list out all of the carrier versions, modem versions, etc. I always scroll down past all those versions without reading to get to the details of what's really changing in the latest beta.
