Suggestion on mail client

Hello,
can you please suggest a reliable email client to be used under Catalina?

I have three Gmail accounts, At the moment I use Outlook but from time to time, every week or so, it goes through the authentication process and it is very annoying.

I do not need much as long as it is reliable and works well with Gmail accounts.
