Thanks for your reply! I'm primary interested in an app with image stabilization features, although I would also like some aspect of low light application as well.

I use procamera, as it can do a high burst rate and some form of image stabiliation, the stabilisaton isn't as good as a proper camera but it is good enough. The app is £0.69, so quite good value. For editing definitely snapseed.
