Suggestions for audio interface - multiple speakers/headphones

Just picked up a Mac Mini 2018 - coming from a Mac Pro 5,1

I had connected to the 5,1 speakers, headphones, and a USB headset which I can switch between easily as needed

Now I only have 1 headphone out!

Any suggestions for something good for adding multiple extra audio outs, or will I just need to use more than one USB > headphone adaptor?
