Suggestions for MBP 13-2010 cooler.

I need to know what people use with their MBP 13, I normally use MBP while on couch with MBP resting on my lap. After some time it feels pretty warm, are there any good lap pads or coolers that can help with this situation ? What are people using with their MBP 13 in this kind of situation ?
