Suggestions for renting a cabin near Montreal?

I'm planning a little retreat this summer with about 6 friends of mine and thought it would be fun to rent a cabin/cottage in Vermont or Canada (within 2 hours of Montreal perhaps). Anyone have any suggestions? A place with electricity, plumbing and nice views and water is what I'm looking for. Anything else is gravy. The internet is filled with options, but I was wondering about recommendations.

See what you can find near Magog, Lake Mephramagog, Park du Mont Orford. It's a very beautiful area about 2 hours from Montreal and not too far from the Vermont border.
