Suggestions needed for an app to keep a bunch of disparate stuff organized

I'm looking for software that will let me cut-and-paste text, photos, and just about everything else you can cut-and-paste; and then keep it in some sort of e-notebook so that text and pics and movies and etc. for a project are all in the same place and easy to grab. It could be journaling software, but I don't need to keep track of things by date.

Suggestions, please!

I use it to keep track of everything from passwords to artwork. Best app of its type IMHO
