I have a 128gb 2013 MBA. I added a 256gb Transcend jetdrive. I want to run both Windows 10 as well as El Capitan. I'm debating about whether to use Boot Camp to have a dual boot system or running Fusion. In any case I'm looking for recommendations on partitioning the 2 drives. I'd probably run El Capitan most of the time, but do want access to run windows programs as well when needed.

If you only need to whip out a Windows program every so often, I'd just go with Fusion or Parallels. Also if you go that route, you won't have to worry about partitioning the drive like you would with Boot Camp.
