SUID file errors (not the normal ones!) Help.

Hi,

I'm getting these errors on 10.5.7 on the MBP in sig:

Warning: SUID file "Applications/Utilities/Activity Monitor.app/Contents/Resources/pmTool" has been modified and will not be repaired.
Warning: SUID file "Applications/Utilities/Keychain Access.app/Contents/Resources/kcproxy" has been modified and will not be repaired.
Warning: SUID file "Applications/Utilities/ODBC Administrator.app/Contents/Resources/iodbcadmintool" has been modified and will not be repaired.

Yesterday I opened up MSN messenger and it asked for access to my keychain because something had changed.

I didn't grant it permission because I had not changed anything on the app. Now when I ran permissions this morning I'm getting these errors.

I've done a search and these ones don't come up in the 'safe to ignore' SUID error section.

Any help or ideas as to what might be the problem.
