SUID file warning. Please help.

How do i fix this? "Warning: SUID file “System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAgent” has been modified and will not be repaired." It is the very first notification in my verify disk permission. I have a 07 macbook pro running lion. Thank you for your help.
