I'm working on an allergy log form (the user enters daily what has been eaten and what reactions come out of it), something like this:
And I want the form to repeat for another week, and another etc....
It would be nice if the dates could be automatically inserted, and if I add other columns with say yes/no answers it would be great with tick-boxes to click.
I did the above (screenshot example above) in Apple's Pages app, but would it be better to do it in something like Apple's Numbers, or something entirely different?
Bottom line: once created it should be simple for the user to fill in as this will be a daily task.
