Suitcase problem + restoring system fonts

Today I inadvertently selected 'Manage System Fonts' in Extensis Suitcase v. 11.0.4. As you would expect, my system fonts were subsequently removed from their original locations to some new 'Suitcase Fonts' folders in my libraries. I moved them back to their original locations and now I'm getting loads of font-related error messages and conflict reports.

So, two things:

– is it possible to restore my System Fonts to their original state?

– how do I uninstall Suitcase (which I will then re-install)?

As ever, any help appreciated.
