iPod touch Summerboard dock problems

When I choose a new theme, only the photo Icon on the dock will change, the other 3 don't change what ever theme I choose, I havent re-arranged my icons yet so its nothing to do with that.
Any suggestions other than uninstalling summerboard and doing it again?

You try searching the boards? I'm pretty sure theres other posts like this. You will have to do a manual install of the application also. Download http://http://www.nullriver.com/~zigzag/SummerBoard.zip and follow instructions
