summerboard for 1.1.3

I can not seem to get my summerboard to work i have a jailbroken 1.1.3 ipod touch.
i use summerboard then restart my ipod but no matter how many times i use it nothing seems to change.

I herd something about a special version of summerboard for 1.1.3 i tried watching youtube videos for it but they all needed a PC to do it so i was wondering if there is a way also to do it without a PC thanks.
