iPod touch summerboard theme icons not all are showing

ok so I copied over some themes to my 1.1.2 ipod for summerboard so I can get it back to how it was. I installed the same theme as I had before 1.1.2 and all icons worked but after upgrade to jailbroken 1.1.2 the weather icon hasn't changed, the theme has an icon for the weather app but its not changed from original icon

How do I get it to use the themes icon and not original?

SSH in to your iPod and go to the theme and see if the name of the weather icon is "Weather.png" and make sure its got a capital W.
