Summerboard Themes Not Appearing

Hey everyone!

Whew, I finally got everything re-done (it takes this thing forever to re-load 16 gigs of music) and I'm trying to get SummerBoard to work. I thought I installed it properly, but when I click on a theme and press 'change springboard' or hit the home button, none of the icons change. I've done it with several themes. Any idea what the problem could be? I have a bunch of different programs installed, but not more than a page yet.

Stupid question, but.... are all the files .pngs?

have you reset your touch? hold the home and sleep buttons until it shuts itself off, then turn it on as normal. go into SMBPrefs and scroll to the bottom, it should now say "(Active)" and themes will work
