Sumvision alternative for mac

Exactly that. I've been reading about the Sumvision Primus player and some forumers have been saying you can't plug and play right out of the box.

Can anyone suggest an alternative to the Primus that does a similar thing on mac?

I'll need it to be a drive too, min 500MB
