Sun xVM Virtualbox Question

So, I downloaded the SunxVM Virtualbox and installed it. I am trying to install Ubuntu but I am not sure what to do at this screen:

What do I do at this screen? I do not have a hard drive partition as I am planning to run Ubuntu as a VM. I want to be careful so I don't overwrite the OSX disk.

Can someone please help me?

looks like u need to create a new one and it will create a file based hard drive, its similar to fusion's vmdk files. its a flat file that ecapsulates Guest operating system inside it. so just click on new and follow prompts
