"Super" drive problem

I want to restore the mac mini of a friends but my macbookpro and the macmini doesn't want to read ANY DVD ... please someone can help me....?

Yes, and from what you say NEITHER computer will read dvds. If it were me I'd get at least one of the two Macs up and running with a sound optical drive. The Mac mini would be the simplest and probably the cheapest to upgrade. There's a useful link on How To here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GIbPzqZdpZI.

Failing that, as i.shaun says, an external optical drive may be your best option.

Ben ca marche toujours pas...

The driver doesn't working ... i most to buy an external driver for my Mbp

For the MacMini, the Hd was broken (noise an bug everytime) and he doesn't wan't to boot from a external Firewire or Dvd

The Driver of the mbp was a HL-DT-ST DVDRW GWA4080MA

ps : i don't want to boot a mac mini with a broken driver but the mbp and macmini have the same problem impossible to duplicate the DVD f...k install of Leopole

yes ... but i think i most to put my mbp in the trash ... and other... easy .. i just need 2500 euro
