Super fast data speeds on my new iPhone 4S

Hey, I just bought my new 32GB iPhone 4S today. Very pleased with it. But what I find most impressive is that I got 8MB/s download speed on my 3G network! Is that normal. I'm on Telecom New Zealand and I think they have an HSPA+ network. Very happy though

Best I seen is 7.5mb on Orange/T-Mob joint network, certainly happy with that
