Would it still affect iPhone 5S/5C sales in Hong Kong? I doubt it... they have a lucky draw system to discourage scalpers. Unless there's a time limit, you can just go anytime and pay for the phone at the Apple Store, no?
 
foxconn is in a hong kong suburb. i wonder if manufacturing will get halted. shipments are a certain.

Actually Foxconn is in Guang Zhou, which is part of Mainland China. But I get what you mean... Would be sad for people who pre-order iPhone 5S outside of China.
