Well, got a late 2008 macbook pro, fixed it up. Everything is working well, with the exception of the Superdrive. The drive accepts disks fine (Maybe have to push a bit far to get it to accept?) and reads disks fine, but the drive will not eject. When ejection is tried, the drive sounds like it is trying but does not have enough force to remove the CD. Today I tried a disk and it wouldnt read, or eject. Ended up tearing down the Superdrive to get it out. What would anybody suggest? I think that the laptop got a bit of soda spilled near the drive, and I ran a cd through the slot a few times while the superdrive was out, and it came off a bit sticky. What can I do to get my superdrive working?
