SuperDuper! ............... for Windows?

i do not belong to any Windows forums, hence my post here

my dad has to get into some kind of daily backup solution to an external drive for his new laptop (Thinkpad t60 running XP Pro). SuperDuper! would be ideal, but obviously its only for the Mac. what is the similar program for Win XP? a one-button, only back up the changed files type thing is what i am looking for.
