For the past week or two I haven't had my external hard drive attached so superduper hasn't been updating my clone. Now that I have it attached again SuperDuper isn't able to complete the smart copy and is giving an error. I finally looked at the log and it says that the disk is full. When I check, yes, it is full, there's hardly any space left. But my hard drive that it is a clone of has 25GB of empty space. What's going on, this clone is supposed to be an exact copy of my HD but it seems like something went wrong. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? I know I could erase it and start over but it takes a long time to copy the whole HD contents to another drive and I'd prefer a quicker/easier way. Also any ideas on why this happened and how to prevent it in the future? Could it have to do with me having the external unplugged for a couple weeks?
