I emailed support twice asking why i still have screwed up timezones in my mobileme web-mail (everything still US times and format), and the response i got is odd. He says "we know, sorry" but claims its shown on status page the problem? When i see status page saying all is well?
More cloak-and-dagger Apple?

Hello Lee,

********* here from the Apple MobileMe support team. I understand you are experiencing with the timezone and date format settings on your Mobile Me account. I understand how frustrating this can be, and i sincerely apologize for any service outages.

This is a result of a temporary issue stemming from the .Mac to MobileMe transition. Apple is working to identify the issue and expects to resolve it shortly. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

The MobileMe System Status will be updated once this is resolved. For your convenience, the MobileMe System Status is always available on these pages:

http://www.me.com
http://www.apple.com/support/mobileme/ww

If you are still having difficulty with the timezone and date settings after System Status indicates the issue has been resolved, please reply to this message with a detailed description of the issue, the full text of any error message or alert you received, and a description of any troubleshooting steps you've taken.

As far as the feedback situation, you can visit:

http://www.apple.com/feedback/mac/tm.html

The reason Apple has set up the Feedback page is so that suggestions for changes in functionality or added features for products and services are directed to the proper groups. Support and Support Specialists are not able to make changes to products or functionality, so Feedback allows you to have a much more direct way to make these suggestions. MobileMe Support is here to assist you with issue resolution, to assist when things aren't working the way they are designed to work.

Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to assist you. You may receive an AppleCare survey email; any feedback you provide would be greatly appreciated.
