Suppose to get Full Refund For LION, How does that work?

I just bought my first MBP about a month ago and was under the understanding that we would get Lion for free. Great! Question is how do I do that? The only option I see is to buy it form that appstore and then what? Does something pop up during install or download?
 
Thanks I totally missed it. I can only look for so long before I just ask and then poof! You come through for me.
