Suspend-to-disk often leads to kernel panic

Hi there,

I modified the hibernation mode on my MBP to suspend-to-disk. It has a Samsung 850 Evo inside with TRIM manually activated.

However, very often on waking up, I get a kernel panic.

How would I know what is causing it? Nothing worthy seems to be written to the logs when this happens…
