I made an appointment concerning my home button that is a little too loose. I have a 16GB and was wondering if they wouldn't mind doing an upgrade to a 32GB even though I didn't say anything about it yet. You guys think they wouldn't mind doing this?

Well yeah of course I'm paying the difference. I don't feel like calling again, so you don't think it's a problem?
They might not let you just swapt out. They make make you return it and do an exchange providing they have the phones. If you get someone nice you might get it done. Really i have found it depends alot on the person who is helping you. I have had really good guys help me and others gave me a hard time. Either way it's worth a shot and you never will know unless you try
they may not have a problem with it, considering you are switching it for a refurbished phone right?
don't get your hopes up, they will not exchange a used, open, and defective phone for a brand new 32gb phone, even for $100.
Whatever you decide to do, keep us posted. Also, if they have the iPhone 4 available they'll probably take care of it for you...
In a case like this why would you believe the internet rather than just calling the store and asking the manager?
You won't be able to do it, unless you are still in the 30 day return policy for your phone. If you are then they will return it and sell you the new phone. I have no idea what that means for upgrades...you will probably still get it at the reduced price.
