I made an appointment concerning my home button that is a little too loose. I have a 16GB and was wondering if they wouldn't mind doing an upgrade to a 32GB even though I didn't say anything about it yet. You guys think they wouldn't mind doing this?

They might not let you just swapt out. They make make you return it and do an exchange providing they have the phones. If you get someone nice you might get it done. Really i have found it depends alot on the person who is helping you. I have had really good guys help me and others gave me a hard time. Either way it's worth a shot and you never will know unless you try:)

they may not have a problem with it, considering you are switching it for a refurbished phone right?

Eh, don't get bent out of shape guys. It's just an idea I had. 16GB is plenty for me.

I tried to exchange for a white with the 3G, and they said replacements must be of the exact same model. Unless you return and buy a new one.

You won't be able to do it, unless you are still in the 30 day return policy for your phone. If you are then they will return it and sell you the new phone. I have no idea what that means for upgrades...you will probably still get it at the reduced price.

Why don't you do the obvious thing that will guarantee you an answer and call them smh.
