Swap screens between MBPs

Hi folks

I've been given a 2011 top spec 15", except it has a standard display. Is it at all possible to swap the high res screen from my 2010 model?

Both laptops are in perfect working order, but it would be great if the newer one, which is quite a bit faster too, could get the improved resolution.

etc.
Too much effort for too little gain, but yes it's possible.
