Swaping my SSD to another MacBook to test it???

OK... I have a 13" MacPro with an OWC SSD. Before we spend the $ to upgrade my girlfriends MacBook (13-inch, Early 2009) can I swap my SSD for he stock HD just to see what performance boost it will give?

I understand it will have all my "stuff" on it but we mearly want to see how hers will run with it. We would replace her stock HD with same OWC SSD I have in my Pro.

That would work fine, although I think you can expect the same performance as you get with your Pro.
