Swappa - Protection

Has anyone here used Swappa to sell? What about to sell a recently released phone? It's probably quite safe for buyer's, but what about sellers? Couldn't buyer's just initiate a Paypal Chargeback?

I don't see anything about seller protection on there, just buyer protection.

There is really no more protection for sellers on Swappa than elsewhere. If the buyer accuses you of something then Swappa may investigate and not do anything to you (the seller) -- however the buyer will just go to PayPal and dispute the charge... And PayPal will side with the buyer almost always... So in the long run it's no different than other sites.

I see. So basically PayPal sellers are screwed. Ugh. I wonder what's a safe way to sell.
