swapped out iPad 2 digitizer, not backlight out??

had an iPad 2 that had a cracked screen. swapped out the glass, plugged in the old lcd before closing it up and the screen was dark. unplugged, blew out fittings with air, no help. any insight??

Did you check the connections?

Did you check the connections? They might have become damaged during the replacement process.
