iPhone 14 Pro Swapping from 13 Pro Max to 14 Pro eSiM / Will ATT charge an activation fee?

I am wondering if ATT charges an activation fee every time you transfer an esim to a new iPhone.

I want to activate the cellular on my 14 Pro but I’m also unsure about the size and whether I will keep it.

I don’t want to get hit with two activation fees if I decide to swap to a Pro Max after.
