I have a same model of Macbook, which one is from 2007 and the other one in 2009 or 2008. The recent one is the one between the aluminum Macbook and Polycarbonate Unibody Macbook.
I was thinking if I take two Macbooks apart and swap the logic board, will the old Macbook have a better graphic card than the new one?

You can't swap the logic boards of the pre-9400M and 9400M models because the screw patterns inside changed I believe.

Also, the logicboard is the entire motherboard, doing what you're proposing is the same as just using the 9400M-equipped computer. There's no way to upgrade just the gfx chip as it's integrated into the chipset and soldered to the mobo.
