Swapping SSD across different models

I recently purchased a MBP 2011 13" and today I caved in and return it for a 15".
I have a Intel 320 SSD which I will bring over to the 15", do I have to reinstall and setup everything from scratch or can I simply switched the SSD over without any changes?

Considering they are minor hardware changes I would reinstall OS X.
